We would like to thank our guest speakers John Livingston, Robert Nelson and Billy Godfrey for their service to our country and their willingness to share their World War II experiences with us. We also appreciate Scott Wright serving as the moderator. There were approximately 65 individuals in attendance. Scott Wright was also gracious enough to donate 2 copies of his book, A History of Weiss Lake, to be given away as door prizes. A copy of Billy Godfrey's book, Here Come the Marines, was also given away as a door prize. There were numerous other veterans from various wars in attendance. Refreshments were served.
